Shopping for your pet should always feel stress-free. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it easy.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange any item that is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all product tags still attached. We're happy to help as long as the item hasn't been opened or used.

Final Sale Items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include gift cards, and any items clearly marked as Final Sale on our website. Please check the product page before purchasing if you're unsure.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout.

Country of Purchase

Returns and exchanges can only be processed in the country where the original purchase was made. If you bought a PawCare product through another retailer, please return it directly to that retailer.

Our Right to Manage Orders

PawCare reserves the right to limit, decline, or cancel any order or return request at our discretion, subject to product availability and inventory management. In such cases, any amount already paid will be fully refunded to the customer.
